agents who list with and use the service of suitevalue.com, signs
an agreement to adhere to a Standard of Excellence in dealing fairly
with renters.
The Standard of Excellence requires the owner/agent
to deal in a professional manner with renters as follows:
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure rental property is clean and in good repair
- Be truthful and accurate in descriptions of rental property
and amenities
- Treat customer's personal information with care (have privacy
policy, security measures, respect customers' request regarding
unsolicited mail/email)
- Clearly state policy for reservations, deposits, damage deposits,
rules and regulations, and refunds.
- Seek to satisfy renters by honoring representations made to
renters, answering questions, and resolving renters' complaints
and disputes in a timely and responsive manner.
Suitevalue.com,
at its
sole
discretion,
will
deny
services
to an
owner/agent
if there
are sufficient
complaints
from
renters
which
shows
the owner/agent
violating
the commitment
to the
Standard
of Excellence.
If this
should
occur,
only the
paid
listing
fee prorated
for full
months
still
left
on the
subscription
will
be reimbursed.
